Why Does Every Organisation Need Fresh Thinking?

Every organisation means anyone or any organisation who is concerned with new ideas, improvement, problem solving and change. Fresh thinking means applied practical creativity using skilled thinking and innovative techniques.

Dennis Perrin has been running Thinking Training since 2000. Why thinking training and what do we mean by "thinking"? The success of any business is limited by the effectiveness of their thinking. No organisation can be constructively innovative or fully optimised if the thinking in the organisation is argumentative or unimaginative. Dennis Perrin's job is helping people and companies achieve optimum performance without having to over spend. The "help" is either in-house managerial training or applied creativity to an existing business problem. Training in creativity is the cheapest way to improve, expand, or solve problems.
